This Privacy Policy explains how PropAvix handles information when you use propavix.com. If you have questions or requests concerning your information, contact hello@propavix.com.

When you create or use an account, you provide an email address and authentication credentials. Authentication is handled through Base44. PropAvix uses account identifiers, role, and subscription or entitlement status to operate your account and control access to free and paid features.

Stripe processes payments for current paid plans. To create and manage a Stripe customer and subscription, PropAvix sends Stripe your account email and an internal account identifier. PropAvix stores Stripe customer, subscription, price, status, billing-period, cancellation, and event identifiers needed to reconcile access. Payment-card details are entered into and processed by Stripe rather than the PropAvix application.

The codebase also retains fields and server-side processes for legacy Whop membership entitlements. If you previously used or expressly connect a Whop membership, PropAvix may receive and store the associated email, Whop user or membership identifiers, product, username, status, and connection timestamps to verify that entitlement.

PropAvix uses browser local storage for application session/configuration values and to save Slip Builder selections on your device. A saved slip can include the selected player, team, matchup, market, line, direction, provider projection identifier, PropAvix projection, and edge. You can remove locally saved information by clearing your browser storage.

We use the information described above to authenticate users, provide and protect accounts, preserve Slip Builder state, determine feature access, process and reconcile subscriptions, provide support, troubleshoot the service, and comply with applicable obligations. The current application code does not include a dedicated advertising tracker or product-analytics service.

Base44 provides application hosting, data, and authentication infrastructure. Stripe provides payment and billing services. Legacy membership verification may involve Whop. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. PropAvix also uses independent esports and player-prop data sources to power its research features; those backend data operations concern esports and market information rather than information you enter into your PropAvix account.

If you choose to open selected projections in PrizePicks, PropAvix creates a normal PrizePicks link containing the relevant provider projection identifiers, directions, and lines. PrizePicks is independent from PropAvix, and information received by PrizePicks is governed by PrizePicks policies.

The repository does not define a single fixed retention period for account and subscription records. Records may remain while needed to operate an account, maintain subscription access, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us at hello@propavix.com with questions or requests concerning your PropAvix account information, including access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable. Requests are subject to identity verification, applicable law, and records that must reasonably be retained. You may also clear locally stored Slip Builder data through your browser and manage eligible Stripe subscriptions through the billing portal.

We may update this policy as the service changes. Revisions will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
