Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PropAvix at propavix.com. By accessing or using PropAvix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PropAvix provides CS2 esports player-prop analytics, model projections, Calls, line comparisons, and related research tools. PropAvix is an information and research service. It is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, betting platform, financial adviser, or wagering intermediary, and it does not accept, place, or settle wagers.

Projections, Calls, edges, historical information, and other model outputs are estimates. They may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect and do not guarantee accuracy, winning outcomes, profits, or any particular result.

You may use PropAvix only if you can legally enter into these terms and your use is permitted where you live. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, age requirements, and the rules of any third-party service you choose to use. Do not use PropAvix to violate any law or third-party right.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@propavix.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Paid access is offered through the plans and prices displayed at checkout. Stripe processes new subscription payments and billing-management sessions. The applicable checkout page presents the billing cadence and other transaction details before purchase. You may manage an eligible Stripe subscription through the billing portal made available by PropAvix. Third-party payment services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

PropAvix may display data from, refer to, or link to independent third-party services such as PrizePicks. Those services control their own products, availability, rules, and content. PropAvix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with PrizePicks or any other listed fantasy platform unless we expressly state otherwise. Your use of a third-party service is between you and that service.

You may use PropAvix for your personal, lawful research. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse accounts, extract or redistribute substantial portions of the service, or use PropAvix content or systems in a way that infringes rights or disrupts other users. PropAvix and its original software, design, branding, and model presentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

PropAvix is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for wagering decisions, losses, lost profits, third-party platform actions, data-source errors, interruptions, or reliance on model output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update the service or these terms. Material revisions will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@propavix.com.
